Steve Neufeld is the founder of South African Property Valuations®, and has been in the property industry since 2004.
Steve has a National Diploma in Real Estate (Property Valuation) and is registered as a Professional Valuer with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP) and the South African Institute of Valuers (SAIV). He has been appointed by the Court as an Appraiser in terms of the Administration of Estates Act for the District of Knysna (i.e. values property for deceased estates in the Garden Route from Sedgefield to Storms River). Steve is a Master Practitioner in Real Estate (Nat. Cert.: Real Estate) registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and the Manager Principal and part-owner of Lew Geffen Sotheby’s International Realty Plettenberg Bay. His property reviews are published in numerous national publications. Steve also does property photography specialising in dusk photography and does aerial drone photography as a hobby. He also holds a BA Hons degree (with distinction).
